Commercial questions
- What is your MOQ?
- For most components, low-volume mixed orders are welcome — this is our core model. Complete aircraft typically start from one unit.
- What payment terms do you accept?
- T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment as standard; L/C at sight for established buyers; other terms negotiable for long-term programmes.
- How fast do you quote?
- Standard items within 24–48 hours. Custom or controlled items are quoted after a compliance check, typically three to five working days.
- Do you provide samples?
- Yes, for most components. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
- What if quality fails on arrival?
- Every shipment is pre-inspected. Documented failures are covered by replacement or credit under our warranty terms — you deal with us, not the factory.
- Can you ship lithium batteries internationally?
- Yes. We use UN38.3 certified cells, IATA-compliant packing and full dangerous-goods documentation.
- My country requires import permits for drones. Can you help?
- We provide export documentation and technical files to support your import application. Permit decisions remain with your local authority.
