Three tiers, not one badge

The tier records what has been inspected. It determines what we recommend first and how much inspection a shipment receives.

Tier 1

Gold

Strategic partners

G

Three to five leading manufacturers per subsystem, kept as our default recommendation for new customers.

  • On-site audits passed
  • ISO-class quality systems verified
  • Export-compliance undertakings signed
  • Multi-year delivery record

Tier 2

Silver

Qualified

S

Audited and approved with minor observations, suitable for cost-optimised orders.

  • Audit closed with minor findings
  • Enhanced inspection before shipment
  • Approved for repeat component orders

Tier 3

Observation

Under evaluation

O

New or promising suppliers on probation, offered only with third-party pre-shipment inspection as standard.

  • First-year supplier
  • Third-party inspection as standard
  • Quarterly re-evaluation
02

Five checks before a supplier joins

An audit produces documents, not impressions. Each item below is retained and re-checked.

  1. 01

    Production credentials & business scope

Licences, factory address and the products they are actually permitted to make.

  2. 02

    Quality management system

Certificates, process controls and traceability from incoming material to final test.

  3. 03

    Batch consistency

Sample retention and tolerance discipline, checked across repeat orders.

  4. 04

    Delivery & after-sales record

On-time performance, failure rates and how warranty cases are actually handled.

  5. 05

    Export-compliance commitment

A signed undertaking covering declaration accuracy and controlled-item handling.

What a supplier profile shows

Profiles are shared with customers on request, ahead of a first order. They are working documents — updated when an audit closes, not rewritten for presentation.

Common questions

What is your MOQ?
For most components, low-volume mixed orders are welcome — this is our core model. Complete aircraft typically start from one unit.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment as standard; L/C at sight for established buyers; other terms negotiable for long-term programmes.
How fast do you quote?
Standard items within 24–48 hours. Custom or controlled items are quoted after a compliance check, typically three to five working days.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, for most components. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
